**Cancellations/Postponements

In the event of the client cancelling the contract after the booking has been confirmed, charges will be levied as follows:More than 30 days notice - 25% total event fee.Notice of 30 days or less - 100% total event fee.In the unlikely event that Ebor Quartet needs to cancel the booking, Ebor Quartet will inform the client of the cancellation and make all reasonable attempts to find a suitable replacement artist of similar standard and style, at no extra cost to the client. Should a suitable replacement not be found, Ebor Quartet agrees to refund the client any prepaid event fees.In signing/agree the contract and/or paying deposit/full fee, you agree to the above.
