If you are looking for something that isn't listed above, please do get in touch and we will be more than happy to cater for your needs – we know each wedding is not the same!

**Cancellations/Postponements

In the event of the client cancelling the contract after the booking has been confirmed, charges will be levied as follows:

More than 30 days notice - 25% total event fee.

Notice of 30 days or less - 100% total event fee.

In the unlikely event that Ebor Quartet needs to cancel the booking, Ebor Quartet will inform the client of the cancellation and make all reasonable attempts to find a suitable replacement artist of similar standard and style, at no extra cost to the client. Should a suitable replacement not be found, Ebor Quartet agrees to refund the client any prepaid event fees.

In signing/agree the contract and/or paying deposit/full fee, you agree to the above.
